Are you looking for your Heber?
Twelve years ago we bought our first Bernese Mountain dog. We immediately fell in love with this breed... Heber weighed 115 lbs and was built like a bear but was gentle and affectionate. He loved to be right next to us and would even climb on our laps for bedtime stories with the kids. He was obedient and calm, spending most of his time laying at our feet. He quickly became a part of our family and our favorite companion. Heber passed away at only 3 years old and our hearts were broken. More than anything we wanted him back and so we decided to start breeding Bernese hoping to have another dog like our Heber.
And so now, because of Heber, we continue to breed so we can provide other families with this gentle breed. We have nine children and two grandchildren. We live on 2 1/2 acres. We breed our dogs as a family. Our puppies are raised in our home where they are surrounded by our family and loved by our kids. Our hope is that you will find your own Heber... your favorite companion and that this dog will bless your life just like it has ours.
Our Family
We live on 2 1/2 acres in a quiet neighborhood in Highland, Utah. We may live in a quiet neighborhood but not a quiet home! Our home is constantly filled with kids and grandchildren. We play lacrosse, rock climb and snowboard. We raise sheep, goats and occasionally chickens. We have bred dogs for years. We love the hard work and sweet experiences this has created for our family. Our puppies and sometimes even a baby sheep are raised in our kitchen, right next to us. They are held and loved from the second they are born until we place them in your arms. Our goal has always been to provide loving companions for families. From the very first litter, our tradition has been to give one pup away to a deserving family. We want everyone to get the chance to have their own 'Heber'.
